Chad Henderson's EZ Street Grand National won the class at the Indy NHRA Unleashed Race this past weekend. The car is outfitted with Holley's Dominator EFI system which was tuned by Monte Smith and began by running 5.231 @145.85 mph in the 1/8th mile during Saturday's qualifying. Holley's Doug Flynn was also present to assist in the tuning of the EFI system. According to Flynn, the car went faster every round, and managed a 5.147 @147.02 mph in the semi-finals. ...

Steve Furr of Furr Motorsports, a 2009 NHRA Division 2 Top Dragster champion, is in the process of dyno testing his 632 cubic inch big block built by PAR Racing Engines in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
